1. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

For Startups and Business Clients: Upon receipt of full project payment, all intellectual property rights and codebase ownership of custom websites, CRM database schemas, or API modules are fully transferred to the client. GlobalTechVibers retains no rights to commercial customer data.

For Academic & Student Projects: Code templates, documentation reports, and schemas created for college mini, major, or IEEE capstones remain the copyrighted property of GlobalTechVibers. They are licensed to the individual student for educational and demonstration purposes only.

2. Academic Integrity Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTE: All software and technical reports supplied by GlobalTechVibers to university or college students are intended strictly as educational learning reference guides. Students are responsible for verifying their own institution's capstone criteria, code audit guidelines, and academic integrity policies. We do not support plagiarism or academic misconduct.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide clear technical specification documents and assets during the analysis phase. Any changes requested after the development phase begins may impact scheduling milestones and project rates.

4. Liability Limitations

GlobalTechVibers does not accept liability for business disruptions, server down-times, API rate limit exhaustions, or third-party cloud hosting disruptions occurring post-deployment on production servers. Software is provided "as is" with maintenance agreements handled separately.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the local statutes of our corporate registration state, with dispute resolutions handled exclusively under those jurisdictions.
